Bearing Clearances

If there is contact between compressor or turbine wheel and respective housing using light finger pressure, replace turbocharger. Do not rotate shaft.

If in doubt, refer to Holset Service Repair Manual to measure shaft axial and radial movement. Ensure values are within MIN/MAX values shown on Holset Service Data Sheet.
