Pneumatic Actuator Leakage

Check for air leaks around actuator rod and housing joints.

If no signs of actuator leakage, disconnect actuator end link from crank arm. Re-apply air pressure. If actuator rod still does not move, replace actuator. If actuator rod does move, mechanism is seized or binding. Refer to Holset Service Repair Manual for corrective action.
